Upon review and verification of the issue, we will offer one of the following options:

A. Replacement: We will send you a replacement for the damaged or defective item at no additional cost.
B. Refund: If a replacement is not available or you prefer a refund, we will process a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

3. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that preferences may change, and you may have a change of mind regarding your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can request a refund under the following conditions:
